Hunter Thomas
Hunter is the General Manager of 20 Brix. In his early years Hunter studied to be Chef at Johnson & Wales in Charleston SC. He has worked for over 15 years in the food and beverage industry. In addition to his extensive restaurant and hotel experience, Hunter has begun the Court of Master Sommeliers certification program. He currently is a level two certified sommelier from the CMS.

Richard Thomas
Richard Thomas serves as the 20 Brix retail store manager. Richard holds a level one sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Richard's extensive knowledge of food and wine is often overshadowed by his contagious personality and willingness to share any and all information with patrons.

Court Thomas
Court Thomas, a graduate of the Cincinnati State Culinary program, cooks in the 20 Brix kitchen. Along with assisting in the kitchen, he is the beer and spirits director for 20 Brix.
